All adults were once children…
But only a few of them remember it

In this 3-day art experiential workshop, the participants explored the intersubjective realities that we find ourselves in, as a part of the everyday, be it in our personal lives or at the workplace.
Navigating Emotions Through Art
Educators from China stepped out of the classroom and into our studio for three days, allowing themselves to slow down, turning inward and reflecting.
Through art, they explored emotions not just as concepts, but as lived experiences — felt, expressed, and witnessed.
From understanding the self, to holding space for others, to navigating the in-between.
Where intersubjectivity lives.
A reminder that before we teach, guide, or support,
we, too, are human.
Participants’ Feedback:
“Emotional regulation (using art) allows me to clearly perceive and recognize my emotions when they arise, enabling me to soothe myself and feel (that) "I'm in control." ”
“ During the experiential activities, the items, colors, and lines used all reflected my inner self. Through these creations, I felt, understood, and accepted myself, while also expressing my most authentic emotions. It allowed me to be myself and cultivated empathy.”
