Mindful Transitions
an art-therapy-informed workshop aimed at supporting staff in mindful self-reflections away from their working role through guided art directives and creative expressions.
This corporate wellness workshop was designed for the staff of Student Care from ITE College East, to slow down and look inwards to themselves. We explored themes of transitions and self-care as they end their work week and gently moved into a weekend of rest and recharge.

Art is serves as a tool of expression as they reflected over prompts and their experiences over the day.
Participants were invited to an exhibition walk-through at National Gallery Singapore — Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. As part of mindfulness, they are encourage to take notice of how their bodies responded to the artworks that they see.
