Group Therapy

Relate, Create, Grow in Group Therapy

Abstract painting with a black background, featuring blue, white, gray, and red brushstrokes and shapes.

Group art therapy offers a space where you can explore your inner world while being held within a supportive and shared circle. Sometimes, just knowing that others are walking a similar path can be incredibly comforting and healing.

Through gentle guidance and creative expression, each session invites you to use art-making as a way of processing emotions, building self-awareness, and connecting with others in meaningful, non-verbal ways. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, or simply seeking connection, group art therapy can offer comfort, insight, and community.

Group therapy sessions support both personal growth and collective resilience for children with diagnosis such as ADHD and autism.

Our group therapy sessions are limited to a size of four individuals.

You do not need any artistic experience to join, only the curiosity to explore and connect.

It’s the relationship that heals, the relationship that heals, the relationship that heals.
