Group Therapy
Relate, Create, Grow in Dyad/ Group Therapy
Group art therapy offers a space where you can explore your inner world while being held within a supportive and shared circle.
Group therapy sessions are limited to a size of four individuals.
We also offer dyad (siblings) and dyad (parent-child) sessions to improve relationships, strengthen communication and expand conflict resolution.
Our group therapy sessions support both personal growth and collective resilience for children with diagnosis such as ADHD and autism.
Each group therapy session invites you to use art-making as a way of processing emotions, building self-awareness, and connecting with others in meaningful, non-verbal ways. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, or simply seeking connection, group art therapy can offer comfort, insight, and community.
You do not need any artistic experience to join, only the curiosity to explore and connect.

It’s the relationship that heals, the relationship that heals, the relationship that heals.
