At SPACE, we collaborate with organisations, schools and healthcare providers to make art therapy more accessible to individuals and families who may benefit from creative therapeutic support.

Our Outreach & Community Programmes

We believe mental health support should be accessible, relatable, and easy to understand.

Through our outreach programmes, we partner with schools, workshops, and community spaces to raise awareness and introduce art psychotherapy in a meaningful way and engaging way — covering topics such as:

  • 1.What is art therapy

  • 2.Art as a tool for expression and emotional regulation

  • 3.Creating safe and supportive environments for creative processes

  • 4.Where and how to seek help

These sessions are guided by art-therapy-informed principles and always adapted to the needs of each audience.
