The Material: Grief Objects

In this three-hour art experiential facilitated by Calvin Pang, an art psychotherapist and artist, participants were invited to explore and express their stories of grief beyond physical death and bereavement. They brought objects representing both themselves and their experiences of grief and loss, sharing the stories they carry while holding space for one another. Through this process, participants explored the emotions that exist within the tunnel of grief, together and with care.

Processing grief is not just getting to the end the tunnel.

Perhaps the tunnel is there to hold us a little longer.
